This project is so easy and so much fun. Just use Elmer’s gel glue to make a design on fabric, let dry, and paint with either tempera or acrylic paints. The first time I did this I soaked the tees in hot water to remove the glue. This time I just threw them in the wash and it worked just as well. The paint faded quite a bit on the ones I did in tempura paint. The photo above is before I washed them. I did the Gigi one in both types of paint and the colors stayed more vivid. I’m going to do more experimenting in the future. These tees make great gifts. Enjoy!
